Google the phrase ‘Future of Work’ and you will find a list of headlines pointing to a dramatic change ahead in the way we will fill our adult lives.

Technology is evolving at an unprecedented pace. The very nature of Work is changing. We stand at a point in history much like the parents of the last generation of the Agricultural Era, watching our children head into uncharted territory. So how do you manage uncertainty?

I am a mother of 3 GenZ teenagers. And these are the headlines that keep me awake at night.

As a Parent, I would prefer that my children mature into adults with a steady opportunity to work and be fulfilled. I know this is unrealistic, being a Futurist, Strategist and adult over the age of 45.

My strategy is to equip the next generation with the skills to anticipate enough of the changes so that they can react in time and stay ahead of the game. And to do so in a way that incorporates Game, Hope and Vision.
